Female Live in Support Worker vacancies

L’Arche Brecon Community are looking for extraordinary individuals to work as residential support workers, supporting people with learning disabilities in all aspects of their lives including personal care.
Our Community is a vibrant place of welcome, belonging and celebration with a clear commitment to offer support for people with learning disabilities at home, in the community and in work activities; enabling them to maximize their independence through the acquisition of new skills and social integration.
Due to the nature of the care provided it is a genuine occupational qualification that these support workers are female. Full training and induction will be given on commencement of employment.
All roles are subject to:

    • Evidence of entitlement to work in the UK
    • Fully enhanced DBS disclosure
    • Three satisfactory references
